Robert Mendoza
General Contractor · Sales Team Supervisor · Roofing Specialist
Robert oversees projects from the first homeowner conversation through final completion. Before construction, he spent 18 years as a high school teacher and coach — experience that shapes how he builds a team, sets a game plan, and makes sure homeowners understand the process rather than just being told what happens next.
With extensive experience in roofing, construction, project management, and customer service, Robert works closely with homeowners, crews, subcontractors, and the Precision team to make sure every project has a clear plan and is carried through the right way. Whether it's a roof replacement, insurance-related restoration, remodel, addition, or a larger construction project, Robert believes the details and communication matter just as much as the finished product.
Before entering the construction industry, Robert spent 18 years as a high school teacher and coach. That experience shaped much of the way he approaches business today. Coaching taught him how to build a team, establish a game plan, adjust when challenges arise, and keep everyone working toward the same goal. Teaching taught him the importance of communication — making sure people understand the process rather than simply telling them what comes next.
As a roofing specialist, Robert understands the entire roofing process, from identifying storm and hail damage to reviewing scopes of work, selecting the proper roofing system and components, coordinating installation, and completing the final quality-control process. As a General Contractor, his responsibilities extend well beyond the roof — he helps oversee projects of all sizes and works to ensure the right people, materials, scheduling, and expectations are in place before work begins.
Robert also supervises the Precision sales team, emphasizing a customer-first approach built around honesty, communication, detailed inspections, and doing what was promised. The objective isn't simply to make a sale — it's to build relationships and earn the homeowner's trust.
Family is at the center of Robert's life. He and his wife, Andrea, are proud parents to their daughter, Sarah, and sons, Ethan, Lincoln, and Jett. Those family values are reflected in the way Robert believes Precision should conduct business: treat people fairly, stand behind your work, and remember that every project represents someone's home and investment.
For Robert, the mission comes down to one simple goal: offer exceptional customer service while delivering a great product. From the initial inspection and estimate to construction, cleanup, and final walkthrough, his responsibility is to make sure the Precision team follows through — and that homeowners know they have someone they can call throughout the entire process.
Joshua Gregory
Project Supervisor · General Contractor
Joshua can look at a project, see what it can become, and carry that vision through to completion. Years in multifamily property management taught him to manage multiple trades, solve problems quickly, and keep work moving — on everything from small remodels to full tear-downs and rebuilds.
Joshua Gregory brings years of hands-on construction, property management, remodeling, and project supervision experience to Precision Roofing & Construction. His greatest strength is simple: he can look at a project, see what it can become, develop a plan to get there, and see that vision through from beginning to end.
Joshua spent a significant part of his career in apartment and multifamily property management, where he gained extensive experience overseeing maintenance, construction, renovations, service operations, and complete property improvements. That experience taught him how to manage multiple trades, solve problems quickly, control the details of a project, and keep work moving toward completion. He also spent time in the window and exterior improvement industry with a major company in Houston, Texas, adding another level of specialized knowledge to his construction background.
Today, Joshua serves as a Project Supervisor overseeing projects throughout the DFW area. His experience extends far beyond one particular trade — he is comfortable managing everything from smaller residential improvements and remodels to additions, roofing projects, complete renovations, major tear-downs and rebuilds, and just about anything in between.
What separates Joshua is his ability to see the entire process before the project is complete. Where someone else may see an outdated room, damaged structure, or complicated construction problem, Joshua sees the finished product — and understands the steps, trades, materials, scheduling, and coordination necessary to get there. He believes good construction management means more than simply getting the work done: it means having a vision, communicating that vision, paying attention to the details, solving problems as they arise, and seeing the project all the way through.
Away from the jobsite, Joshua is a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Ruby, are proud parents to their son, Mateo, and daughter, Seven. The same commitment and responsibility he brings to his family carries into the way he approaches the homeowners and projects entrusted to him.

Jonathan Jackson
General Contractor · Roofing & Insurance Claims Specialist
Jonathan is well versed in insurance claims, scopes of work, and identifying hail and storm damage. After 14 years as an educator at Grapevine High School, he doesn't do high-pressure sales — he educates, documents thoroughly, and gives an honest assessment of what a roof actually needs.
Jonathan Jackson brings something to Precision Roofing & Construction that we believe matters just as much as experience on a roof: integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to advocate for homeowners.
While Jonathan is one of our newest team members in the roofing industry, he is already extremely well versed in insurance claims, roofing scopes of work, property inspections, and identifying hail and storm damage. He understands how important it is to thoroughly document damage, explain the process clearly, and make sure homeowners understand exactly what is happening with their property and their insurance claim.
Before joining our team, Jonathan spent 14 years as an educator, with the majority of those years serving students and families at Grapevine High School. That background shows in the way he works with homeowners today. Jonathan doesn't believe in high-pressure sales. He believes in educating people, answering questions, paying attention to the details, and giving an honest assessment of what their roof actually needs.
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Jonathan has built strong roots in the Grapevine and DFW community. He and his wife, Lauren, are proud parents to their sons, Jace and Miles. Family and community are important to Jonathan, and he brings those same values to every homeowner he represents.
