1. SMS Terms of Service

Program description. DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction operates an SMS program used to respond to roofing inquiries submitted through our website, schedule and confirm free roof inspections and estimates, send appointment reminders, provide updates while a project is underway, and share insurance claim status related to your project. With separate, optional consent, we may also send promotional offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and review requests. Messages are sent only to individuals who submitted our web form and affirmatively checked the SMS consent box.

By opting in to receive text messages from DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction, you agree to the following:

• Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. We do not knowingly send text messages to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.
• Message types: You may receive messages related to your roofing inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, insurance claim status, and — only with separate marketing consent — promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and review requests.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Services Offered

DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction provides residential and commercial construction services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Services available through our website include:

• Free roof inspections and storm damage evaluations
• Insurance claim assistance
• Roof repairs and full roof replacements
• Emergency tarping and temporary repairs
• Gutter installation and replacement
• Siding installation and repair
• Window and door replacement
• Exterior painting
• Interior remodeling and flooring installation
• Home additions and concrete services
• General contracting services
• Free estimates and project consultations

Submitting a request through our website does not constitute a contract. A written proposal or signed construction agreement is required before work begins.

3. Warranties & Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Precision Roofing & Construction, we stand behind every project with a commitment to exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and customer satisfaction. We proudly offer:

• 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying roofing installations
• Full manufacturer's material warranties on eligible products (including GAF, Atlas, Owens Corning, and other approved manufacturers)
• Final walkthrough upon project completion
• Continued support should warranty concerns arise

If a workmanship-related issue occurs during the warranty period, we will inspect the issue promptly and perform qualifying repairs at no cost to the homeowner. Manufacturer warranties are administered directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Free inspections and estimates may be canceled at any time. For contracted construction projects:

• Deposits are applied toward materials, permitting, scheduling, and administrative costs
• Once materials have been ordered or permits obtained, deposits become fully non-refundable based on expenses already incurred
• Customers may cancel a project but there will be a non-refundable 25% fee
• Any custom-ordered materials are non-refundable
• Rescheduling installation dates is accommodated whenever reasonably possible

Our goal is always to work with our customers to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction assists homeowners throughout the insurance claims process; however:

• We do not guarantee insurance claim approval
• We cannot control decisions made by insurance carriers or adjusters
• Coverage determinations remain solely the responsibility of the insurance company
• Supplemental claim approvals are also determined exclusively by the insurer

Following project completion, DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction is not responsible for future storm events, hail, wind, tornadoes, flooding, acts of God, or damage resulting from conditions outside our workmanship. Our liability is limited to correcting verified workmanship deficiencies covered under our written workmanship warranty.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising from services performed by DOZER ASSETS LLC, d/b/a Precision Roofing & Construction shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through communication or mediation before pursuing litigation whenever reasonably possible.
